This creative workshop empowers 12 - 15 years olds to discover their own unique strengths, build confidence and strengthen their resilience.

Sometimes transitioning to high school can be difficult. New friends, new dynamics, difficulty with personality conflicts and that overwhelming sense of 'Where do I fit in?'

Using music, art and drama activities, they will create their own ‘suitcase for the tough days’  filled with individual strategies to build their resilience, empower them to feel confident in their day to day  and celebrate what makes each of them unique.

They will learn about themselves, creatively express who they are, discover their strengths and celebrate their greatness!

By the end of this workshop they will leave feeling empowered, celebrated and with a suitcase of coping skills to deal with those tough days.
